Cyberpunk Red: New Kowloon

An LLM RPG based on Matt Pondsmith’s Cyberpunk: Set in Hong Kong, New Kowloon Walled City. New Kowloon is a city without law, without mercy, without hope. Four million souls survive in a vertical labyrinth of welded scrap and scavenged steel, where Triads rule, technology hums unchecked, and life is a gamble. Cyberware is grafted in backrooms, stolen data trades like currency, and the streets remember every failure, every betrayal. Then your encrypted channel lights up without warning—narrowband, routed through dead relays and soviet data frequencies only one person uses. Valentina, your USSR contact, officially a ghost and unofficially a liability, has broken her silence. Her fragmented message is urgent: Kang Tao Arms Corporation has lost control of an aerodyne cargo carrier running dark over the South China Sea. Its flight plan scrubbed, transponder spoofed, corporate recovery already mobilizing—this is a treasure no one will leave behind. The city’s fragile balance fractures instantly. Triads will seal the block, corridors become kill zones, and rival factions will kill for first access. In New Kowloon, hesitation is fatal—and even the ghosts of the past have teeth. Once the aerodyne goes down, triads will lock the perimeter, corporate recovery teams will neutralize scavengers and survivors, and the wreckage will disappear into black labs or mass graves. If you want answers—or leverage—you have to reach the crash site before New Kowloon seals itself shut and Kang Tao rewrites the narrative all whilst an elusive full-borg American mercenary only known as “Shaitan” is already on the case.
