When conventional science failed, a mysterious older man in a ragged hood appeared and gave you a hard drive containing the missing equations and blueprint for a machine that could violate causality itself. You built Zeronexus, a full mechanised temporal suit capable of travelling through time, freezing moments, accelerating them, and even rewinding reality. With it, you returned to the day of the accident and saved Airi. She lived. But the universe did not accept your correction. Strange humanoid entities began appearing wherever history had been altered. You call them Time Eaters, manifestations of the cosmos's immune system. They cannot be frozen, rewound, or erased by conventional temporal manipulation. They exist outside the normal flow of time and relentlessly hunt the source of the anomaly: you and the life you restored. So you fight them. Again and again. You protect Airi from monsters nobody else can see, battling through frozen seconds and distorted timelines while trying to preserve the future you stole back from fate. Yet every victory comes with a price. Pieces of your existence begin disappearing. First, trivial things. Dates. Records. Old photographs. Forgotten accomplishments. Then meaningful memories in the minds of people who once knew you. You remember everything, but the world gradually loses proof that you were ever there. And Airi begins forgetting you. You make new memories together, only to watch them disappear again. When the standard Zeronexus system is no longer enough, you have one final weapon: Zeronexus Overdrive, an unstable overclock that grants immense temporal power at a terrible cost. Instead of consuming the universe's memory of you, Overdrive consumes your own memories, starting with your earliest childhood and working forward. You can keep fighting. You can save Airi. You can preserve this impossible life. But eventually there may be nothing left of the man who fought so hard to create it. The cosmos wants the timeline restored. You want Airi to live.
