Wretchedstone: land of silent dragons

Wretchedstone was once a great kingdom ruled over by dragconic lords who wree both great champions of the people who lived there and great tyrants. However, the greenstone ravaging of centuries ago has robbed dragons of most of their powers. Now dragons cannot cast spells, breathe elements, or fly any longer. Most dragons now can barely walk, and they now use the humanoids they once ruled over to guide the kingdom forward for both good and ill, working by proxies now that they can no longer fight on their own or seek out their quests by themselves.
