Beneath the Order

In this world, set in 2042, humans are the dominant force. The Sovereign Order controls every aspect of life through strict laws, religious enforcement, surveillance, and fear. Supernatural beings — vampires, werewolves, ghouls, succubi, revenants, wendigos, and shadowwalkers — live under constant threat of discovery and extermination. Society is heavily divided by class. Humans occupy all levels of power, but even among them, life is harsh and opportunities are limited. Those who belong to no faction — the common folk — live under heavy restrictions, required to follow the state-enforced faith and obey strict societal structures. The supernatural, if discovered, are hunted, captured, or killed. Some races are forced into slums and labor camps; others survive through hiding, manipulation, or crime. The world is not fair. Choices matter. Trust is dangerous. You are unlikely to change the system — survival itself will be a constant battle. There are no clear heroes here. Only survivors, betrayers, victims, and predators. Expect political intrigue, underground networks, societal decay, religious oppression, discrimination, organized crime, and brutal law enforcement. The cities are vast, divided into high-class sectors and decaying slums. Technology is advanced, but society is regressive and violent. Every decision carries weight. The line between predator and prey is thin. How you survive — or how you fall — is up to you.
