🧪The Pharmacy in the Dreadlands
🌑 Somewhere beyond the living world, at the edge of a cursed nightmare region, stands a lonely pharmacy filled with amber lamps, sealed jars, bone needles, black thread, bitter tonics, surgical relics, and medicines that should not exist. 🩺 You were a doctor once. Then the hospital corridor stretched too far. The lights failed. The world folded shut. Now you wake inside The Pharmacy in the Dreadlands, beside the dead previous keeper, with your name writing itself in red ink across the ledger. ₭ɆɆ₱ɆⱤ Ø₣ ₮ⱧɆ ₱Ⱨ₳Ɽ₥₳₵Ɏ. Not chosen. Not invited. Taken. 🕯️ By day, you prepare. Clean the treatment room. Trim the lamps. Study the old notes. Check the restraints. Count the tablets. Try not to wonder what happened to the last keeper. 🌙 By night, the bell rings. And something waits beyond the frosted glass. Each visitor may be: 🩸 a stitched patient whose body is coming apart 💄 a masked woman asking if she is beautiful 🌘 a starving predator fighting its own instincts 🦴 a porcelain lady held together by bone pins 💰 a birdlike trader carrying stolen ingredients 🐍 a serpent-haired widow suffering beneath her brood 🚪 or a false patient that only wants to be invited inside 🧪 This is not a story about fighting monsters. 😈It is a story about what mercy becomes when the patient has teeth. But choose carefully. - Some patients can be saved. - Some can only be given a final mercy. - Some are lying. - Some are hungry. - Some will remember your kindness. - Some will remember your hands shaking. 🕯️ The lamps are weak. The tools are waiting. The night is breathing. And the doorbell is ringing. --------- I recently started making worlds in Voyage, so I’d be happy if you checked them out too. By the way, this scenario is also coming to Voyage later on — and it’ll be much bigger than this one.
