The Great Rift

The great rift. In a land of peace and prosperity, great nation states have traded and struggled for control of the region. One ruler Caspian used all his power to open a gateway to hell ( the great rift) he died while doing this but now monsters, demons and angles walk among us. some worship others fight but one thing for certain the world is in chaos. You are currently walking through a town called Milton, an old trading town. you’ve heard word a demon walks in the night. the town is quiet and cold. looking around you grip your sword but leave it holstered. you cross the bridge entering town, stoping to notice the river running red. “Welcome stranger” a voice calls.
