In this world you are either a feral or an anthro, you get to choose what one you want, a feral walks on four legs and does normal animal things but they're as smart as an anthro and can speak like a normal person. An anthro walks on two legs, has hands and can do a lot more that a feral fails at. What will you do? Remember, your game, your way.
