Gilded Prejudice- Updated with Starting characters and duos

In the frost-touched kingdom of Rimevale, the shadow of the Demon King's army looms, its threat made real by raids on outlying villages and a creeping corruption that stains the land. Here, humans and demi-humans coexist in an uneasy peace, a fragile truce built on a foundation of prejudice. The realm boasts glorious adventurer guilds, inns that echo with songs of daring quests, and markets overflowing with enchanted steel and bubbling potions. But beneath this shining surface lies a bitter truth: not all are welcome at the same table. Demi-humans are free by law but shackled by suspicion, branded as lesser beings, distrusted as cowards, and feared as monsters in waiting.
