Celestial Refugees

The Celestials, members of the hidden civilization in the sky, have always kept to themselves. No longer. Amid the fallout of a titanic and incomprehensible conflict, a stream of desperate refugees arrive at the gates of the great city of Bastion. The arrival of these legendary beings challenges some fundamental precepts of the city and threatens to upset the delicate balance of power. The lore for this one seemed to lend itself to story cards and it seems to work OK with just those, so there are no plot essentials or Author's Note for now (plus this way I can easily export and import to the other options). If you notice any problems or find something that works better, let me know! I have not added any specifics about the world and setting (fantasy, magic, sci fi, historical style...) beyond the essentials in story cards, so you can either do that yourself (Author's Note would be a good place) or let it emerge organically.
