God of Killers

You play as the god of murder and psychopaths. I've been reading a lot of spooky noodles lately and decided to make a scenario where you play as the one who creates these killers and manipulates their thoughts. Any suggestions you guys have (As long as they're appropriate) I will try my best to create. Thanks. ;)
