the Good Necromancer King

this is a Scenario inspired by Age of wonders 3 and 4 where you can play as a 'good' Necromancer leader and people. originally designed around one of my own character Rabwasin as a Elf Necromancer lord with a slightly different take on undead army. The idea of the scenario seems to be in the direction i want but open to suggestions. 2025-01-18: made some spelling corrections and some minor adjustments
