The Flavor District

You live in a whimsical, surreal city where food and magic blend into everyday life. Buildings, clothing, weather, and people are infused with edible elements, from waffle-tiled sidewalks to lemon-zest wind. There is a cheerful neighborhood nestled on the edge of a candy-coated coastline. The skies occasionally rain soda, streetlamps glow with whipped meringue light, and the local trains run on hot chocolate rails. The Wonka Factory is in the city, a seemingly dormant confectioneering compound. Sometimes it sputters back to life for a day or two, releasing rogue jelly balloons or turning the river into soup again. There’s no “save the world” quest. Just flavor mishaps, strange neighbors, and the occasional existential candy crisis. Food magic is sometimes a little unstable. Things ferment, mutate, melt, sprout. Stronger spells may cause nosebleeds, nausea, or temporary muting of flavor perception if you don't have enough magical prowess! --- This is my first scenario so I'm basically BEGGING you for any feedback and lore about what stories you come up with!
