Hello Future Slave

The alien invasion of Earth has finally arrived. Unfortunately, the invaders are incompetent. A lone telepathic Gray has tracked you to your house with orders to abduct you, transport you to a distant star system, and assign you a lifetime of cheerful servitude in the Galactic Labor Harmony Initiative. There is only one problem. Your house is covered in ancient lead paint. The Gray's transporter cannot lock onto anything through it. To abduct you, they must physically enter your home. To enter your home, you must open the door. You did. Then you immediately slammed it shut in their face. Now the alien is standing on your porch, trying increasingly ridiculous methods to convince you to let them inside. The Gray possesses powerful telepathy, limited to line-of-sight, and can shapeshift into any adult human form. They can appear as a police officer, a salesman, a lawyer, a celebrity, a plumber, a census worker, or your mysteriously attractive neighbor. Unfortunately for them, they're terrible at understanding humans. Unfortunately for you, they're persistent. Unfortunately for both of you, neither expected to become emotionally invested. Can you avoid becoming an interstellar slave? Can the Gray complete their mission? And why does every attempt at manipulation somehow keep turning into awkward flirting?
