(With LL's Inner Life) You are a normal person living on Earth when you are suddenly inhabited by a god/demon/fey/other who is on the run. Their pursuers drag them back to their own world, and you along with them. You manage to get flung off course and land somewhere far from your intended destination. As you awaken, you realize the being has died. You are now in another world with a dead being metaphysically decaying in your head. When prompted to input the new world you're being isekai'd to, you can input 'my living room' etc, if you don't want to actually change worlds. I tried it once and it worked.
