Liminous U

Liminous U is a prestigeous University in the northeast with a history going back to the Early 19th century. Its applications and acceptance policies are strange and it is unclear whether atheltics, personal background, or scholarship are what put people in this University as it has a broad range of students. In reality it is a University for psychics as most psychics do not fully come to a point where they can consciously use their powers until young adulthood. The students must deal with campus bullies, sports, classes, tough professors, and keeping any student's powers from going cataclysmic, so remarkably like any other college except where brainpower means a bit more.
