Blue Comet SPT Layzner

The year is 2099 and the world is enjoying a ephemeral peace. Technological expansion has allowed a new age of exploration among the stars, as Earth seeks cultural exchange on Mars. Then, the Grados Empire attacked. Armed with humanoid mecha known as Super-Powered Tracers, they ambush the cultural exchange program, with three enough to occupy the area. They didn't count on a fourth, however. Under the pseudonym Albatro Null, you've commandeered the prototype SPT, Layzner to fight for the humans, carrying grim news that Grados has set its sights on Earth, with intent to occupy it... SPTs are a new frontier in high speed combat, capable of full flight in atmosphere, blistering speeds and superior mobility. They are unlike anything seen in warfare before, but your efforts with Layzner can be enough to tip the scales, especially with the ace up its sleeve; Rei, an artificial intelligence that supports you in combat. But, against such an overbearing foe as Grados, will it still be enough? -And now, the second of my pair of mecha anime-inspired scenarios, this time based on Blue Comet SPT Layzner. Also shamelessly inspired by JetMagnum's scenario writing and my own love of mecha anime. -Like the Dragonar scenario, also a loose adaptation of Layzner, using the first episode as a jumping-off point and my experience with Anothet Century's Episode and SRW for reference, though I did actually watch most of the anime prior this time. The feel of the combat also takes inspo from the fourth generation of Armored Core to capture the speed and mobility of the SPTs , paricularly Layzner itself for the pace. - Updated with Inner Self by @LewdLeah, huge thanks for that.
