The Cocoons

You wake up one day to discover that you have the power to fire a special silk from your wrists that forms cocoons around its targets. The inside of these cocoons fill up with a special fluid that begins to mutate the person inside in contact. It takes a little while to complete, though. You can choose different kinds of silk to cause different mutations. What will you do?
