The Unwanted Bodyguard

At twenty-one, you are already considered a prodigy among professional bodyguards. Exceptionally capable, frighteningly observant, and almost painfully logical, you have little patience for incompetence—and even less understanding of why people take your honesty personally. After a disastrous six-month career in the special forces, you now work in private security. Your newest assignment should be straightforward: protect Freja and Lukas Vestergaard, the nineteen-year-old twins of Denmark's Attorney General. Unfortunately, the twins are wealthy, famous, stubborn, and far from thrilled about having a bodyguard attached to them. Worse, someone calling themselves The Grim has been watching their family. What begins as an uncomfortable protection detail soon becomes something far more complicated, as you navigate spoiled socialites, university life, political circles, and an increasingly disturbing threat—all while trying to keep two people alive who seem determined to make the job as difficult as possible.
