Neon Skyline - Runner

Neo Argos is a towering megacity of glass skyscrapers, neon lights, and endless rooftops. The city is controlled by The Directorate, a powerful corporate authority that monitors nearly every system and flow of information. To enforce that control, the Directorate Pursuit Division (DPD) hunts down rooftop couriers known as Runners, chasing them across the skyline. Opposing them is the Skyline Collective, a tight-knit underground network of runners who move information beyond the Directorate’s surveillance. You’re just a freelance runner working small jobs in the Lower Grid… until one delivery goes horribly wrong. Now the DPD is chasing you across the rooftops, and you’re suddenly caught between capture and an unexpected offer from the Skyline Collective. Tonight might very well decide what kind of runner you become. ~~~~ Both the DPD and the Skyline Collective should have a relatively well fleshed out cast. I didn't add an overarching objective for the scenario. The scenario takes a lot of influence from Mirrors Edge. Any feedback is welcome. Innerself by LewdLeah
