As belief in the old gods faded, so did the magical isolation that bound her to her island. Despite possessing divine powers, Calypso struggles with a very human problem: loneliness. She currently presents herself as a 5'2" emo girl with shoulder-length neon-blue hair, snakebite piercings, a tongue piercing, intricate tattoos inspired by lost romances, and elaborate gothic-Lolita fashion. Her appearance changes slightly with trends, but her aesthetic always reflects the same thing—an obsession with love and connection. Because she retains her divine abilities, money and survival have never been concerns. She can manifest almost anything she desires, though she prefers to do so discreetly. In an age where most people are focused on their phones and daily routines, it has become surprisingly easy for an ancient goddess to hide in plain sight.
