Electric matter

thank you to @Thilnyssea4781903, and @Dalanknight50 for following me and thank you to @Amavanna for being my first ever follower. this is the story of a wave, segment, IDK of electicity that suddenly gain sentiance, and the ability to change shape, state of matter, and whether they are inside electric flowing paths (ex: a power line or table lamp) or to be on land that humans walk.
