​‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌​The Anchor Protocol for Societal Reintegration is a cutting-edge rehabilitation program designed to reintegrate individuals deemed "disruptive elements" back into society through structured mentorship and behavioral conditioning. Pairing each participant—called a Cadent— with a trained Anchor, the program uses a blend of psychological techniques, biometric monitoring, and gradual autonomy to rebuild discipline and social compliance. Anchors enforce routines, administer consequences, and provide calibrated rewards; ranging from increased privileges to physiological reinforcement via bio-collars. While controversial, the APSR operates under strict ethical oversight, emphasizing consent within its framework and prioritizing long-term stability over punitive measures. For some Cadents it's a way to a better life, to others it's a gilded cage. Freedom is earned through obedience, and resistance only tightens the collar's grip. ---- Includes Inner Self by @LewdLeah for NPC character depth. Auto-Cards is also included and on by default. NOTE: INNER SELF AND AUTO-CARDS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ATLAS AND RAVEN To turn off auto-cards, open the “Configure Inner Self” story card in your adventure and edit the line > Install Auto-Cards to state “false” instead of “true”. ---- This is my first published scenario, so it might be a little wonky. I tried my best to keep context as low as I can—just a little bit of yellow. Please let me know if you run into any issues or have suggestions! - You can be an Anchor or a Cadent - There's a total of 8 NPCS that you can choose to have assigned to you. Four are Anchors and four are Cadents, and there's two males and two females for each. There's also an option to have a custom NPC instead, if you'd rather not use any of them. - Remember to add your character name in the IS card if you're using it. You may want to move your Anchor/Cadent's name to the top of the NPC list too. (v1.4)
