We Were Bad

You investigate an abandoned prison. It is completely dark and has rusted. You are concerned when you see broken prison cells and pieces of old, chewed up bone scattered all over the place. You also notice much of the place is stained red or, in some places…black. You also find these words written on a wall inside one of the cells; “We were bad.” What happened here? You must find out.
