Seven months ago, Erin Parker ended your four-year relationship and, almost immediately, began dating the man she had insisted was not the reason she was leaving. There are decorations to hang, errands to run, crowded dinners to survive, and far too many quiet places where old memories can catch up with you. Erin is not asking for forgiveness. She is certainly not asking for another chance. She is only finding reasons to stand beside you, remembering details she should have forgotten, and becoming strangely defensive whenever anyone notices.
