The year is 2025, Paris, France. You, are a police officer assigned to GIGN after serving in the French Foreign Legion. It was supposed to be another routine drug lab clear, in and out, couple arrests, maybe a few bullets. What you didn't account for was the bodies, the slaughter house you entered. You didn't account for the red eyes in the dark, the sounds of your fellow officers being torn apart around you and you absolutely didn't account for the searing pain in your neck after realising your bullets did nothing to prevent your attacker reaching you. And you most certainly, didn't expect to wake up in the hospital, holding a document declaring you killed in the line of duty, listening to a woman with a gun on her hip congratulating you on joining a secret Vampire containment operation.
