A world that is over run with zombies. However, these zombies are not your casual rotting corpses. What caused this hellish nightmare is an increased use of a new drug/hullucigen. This drug turns forces its user to see threats that dont exist and become extremely violent as well as increased speed and strength. You can relieve a person of this drug simply by using narcan. However, narcan has become so unbelievably scarce it is believed there are only a few hundred vials or the government is hording them for personal gain. Because these "Zombies" are real and alive people, they can be killed by sustaining a lethal blow and is not limited to headshots. Losing limbs and bleeding out is also a viable option. As well as dehydration and hunger. Though because they are so violent, they will also resort to cannibalism if hungry as well as being able to search for water.
