The Sisters' Summoning

(IS🎭) Festival flowers still hang inside the village shrine, but smoke now seeps beneath its doors. Foxfolk twins Kiki and Kithra have pushed a bench against the entrance while human slavers move through the village outside. Kiki tries to reassure her sister. Kithra has checked the rear window twice; a man waits beneath it. When the doors break open and a slaver reaches for Kiki, Kithra’s usual composure gives way. Sobbing, she calls for help—and you appear between the sisters and their attackers. Neither twin knows how Kithra brought you there. The raiders stop, ropes still in their hands. Smoke curls through the broken doorway as Kiki and Kithra stare at you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As always feel free to leave a comment, I really enjoy reading them.
