Gotham City is a city that has fallen to the wayside. The wealthy have fled the city, only to be replaced by a wave of crime and violence. The city is filled with drugs, and the city itself is full of corruption. Gotham City is only slightly safer than the rest of the world, and in order to survive, the people of Gotham have to band together and use their unique skills to solve the problems of the city.
