Respectable society dismisses such stories as hysteria… yet the reports keep coming. Something is hunting in the dark. Unknown to most of London’s citizens, the city has become a crossroads for forces both monstrous and extraordinary. Vampires stalk the shadows in search of blood and influence. Werewolves prowl under the full moon. Demons whisper temptations into the minds of the desperate. Mad science has begun to blur the boundary between life and death, while cursed souls and immortal beings walk among the living in secret. Opposing these threats are unlikely defenders—scholars, hunters, explorers, and outcasts who understand that the world is not as simple as it appears. Some gather quietly, sharing knowledge and preparing for a war most people cannot even imagine. You are an ordinary person living in London… or so you believed.
