You weren't supposed to get attached. Now you are. And she keeps making the same mistakes. You fixed her. Or, maybe she fixed herself. Either way she's fixed. Rehab worked, she's stable, she loves you. But when something hurts her more than it should, and she's hit with something she wasn't prepared for, it's terrifying how easily she slips back into those old habits.
