Fiomar Redux

Fiomar is a continent of contrasting powers — the immortal fae queens, the rising force of humanity, and the haunted memory of Spring. Balance is fragile, and one spark could set the whole land aflame. Fiomar is a land balanced uneasily between four fae-ruled seasonal kingdoms, a human technocratic nation, and the remnants of a long-ruined realm: Kingdom of Summer (Queen Seredyne): Proud, radiant, and passionate. Summer’s armies are strong, its fields fertile, but its Queen’s paranoia about “endings” makes her uneasy with her neighbors. Kingdom of Winter (Queen Eira Frostmourne): Contrary to stereotype, Winter is not barren but serene and warm in spirit. A realm of artistry, reflection, and crystalline beauty. Its people are cautious but kind. Kingdom of Autumn (Queen Thalyssra Moondrift): The realm of transition and twilight. Autumn balances plenty with decay, harvest with endings. It is the most politically shrewd kingdom, its Veilwardens guarding against threats from beyond the mortal realm. Kingdom of Spring (Vacant Throne): Long-abandoned after its Queen vanished millennia ago. Its lands lie in ruin — overgrown, haunted, and feared. Some say Spring waits for its Queen’s return. The Dominion of Man (High Council of Cindralith): Lacking magic, humans forged greatness through technology and industry. Their great cities hum with invention and ironwork, ruled not by monarchs but by a council of elected magnates. They are both admired and feared by the fae realms. These factions exist in a fragile balance. Trade binds them, but old grudges, ambition, and fear of the unknown keep them always a step from war. The ruins of Spring remain a dangerous no-man’s-land — tempting to explorers, cursed to the superstitious. I pretty much just made this for me, but if you want a better experience I recommend writing your own opening scene.
