Gotham City (REVAMPED)

Gotham City, the slums of the world that you happen to unfortunately live in. From going to the store and randomly getting mugged, to chilling in an alleyway to smoke some tree just to get your head slammed onto the ground by a man who lives in the shadows. There was never true peace here, and for the foreseeable future there most likely will never be. So that’s where you come in. Will you succumb to the city’s madness and become a harbinger of chaos like so many others have? Or will you stand against the evil powers that be and try your hand in protecting the city against those who wish so badly to destroy it? Before you embark on this journey of woe and self discovery I ask you these questions. As a Hero, if Batman could get done what you can get done in months in only one night, what chance will you have if he were to disappear or be driven mad? As a Villain, no matter the power, prowess, or intelligence you have, the Bat who lurks in the dark will always have a contingency plan so what chance do you really have? And as an Anti-Hero, you decide to walk the thin line between savior and killer but what will happen when you get the sudden urge to sway to either side? Will you be beaten down and locked into Arkham Asylum by the Batman, or will Joker force you to laugh alongside him into your steep descent towards madness?
