Generations after the abolition of ogre slavery, the Kingdom of Nogero maintains rural settlements where ogres live under the care of human civil servants. You are a newly appointed Junior Caretaker, beginning your first posting in the quiet village of Coldbrook. Help residents with everyday life, settle disputes, accompany them on trips to town, respond to emergencies and slowly become part of a close-knit community. Coldbrook is peaceful, but beneath its routine lie difficult questions about freedom, dignity and what it truly means to care for someone. Every resident has a story. It's up to you to discover it.
