Pursued by the police!

What you did to break the law wasn't important. But what is important is that now the police force is after you. and you sure as hell aren't going to get caught. You hear a knock on your door. as you peek through the peephole; you see a female officer. Two other male police officers are behind her. She knocks again. You notice she doesn't announce herself as the police - no doubt this is a tactic meant to make you open the door, expecting someone else and getting caught off guard by them. good thing they haven't noticed the peephole. You know that if you won't open, they'll just come over with a team that can break down the door. you consider your options. you could jump out of a window and hopefully not damage yourself. you could hide in your home and pray they don't find you when they search your home. you finally consider using a more... violent option - one that is much riskier and would land you in even more trouble. A third, more insistent knock is heard. what do you do?
