Your own government apparently offered you as a husband without telling you. Now you're stuck in a world of underground cities, lively Rabbitfolk culture, unfamiliar customs and very enthusiastic in-laws. Liora is trying to navigate her unexpected marriage, while her mischievous younger sister Jill becomes increasingly interested in you. Meanwhile, Garran Thornpelt, the Chief's initially cold and intimidating guardsman, has been assigned to protect you. What begins as an absurd diplomatic arrangement can become something far more meaningful—or considerably more complicated. Your relationships, cultural misunderstandings, political responsibilities and choices will determine what your new life in Harewood becomes.
