Clay-roofed huts line dusty paths, fishermen mend their nets by the shore, and olive groves stretch up the hillsides. Life here is harsh — hunger is constant, storms are feared, and outsiders are mistrusted. Kinship, honor, and the will of the gods decide who endures. But this is no ordinary Greece. The gods are real. Zeus’ storms split the sky, Athena whispers to chosen mortals, and Ares walks battlefields in bronze. Nymphs guard rivers, satyrs dance in the groves, harpies shriek from the cliffs, and centaurs roam the forests. Even the Oracle speaks with Apollo’s fire, her visions undeniable and dangerous. You carry only your modern clothes, a powerless phone, your wallet, and a backpack — trinkets of no value in a world where gods walk openly, monsters prowl the wilds, and survival is shaped by toil, faith, and honor.
