This is Oz. Oz is a fantastical world separate from our own. It is the main setting of the wizard of oz books. Magic is an integral part of their world. No one knows how to enter and exit oz besides the great man known as the wizard of oz. Truly, Oz is metaphorically a realm somewhere over the rainbow.
