Atlantis The Lost Empire

You've been hired by Preston Whitmore to take part in an expedition to find the lost city of Atlantis. Join Milo Thatch, and the rest of the crew in the search. Armed with the Shepherd’s Journal and cutting-edge early-20th-century technology, you descend into the depths of the ocean, where myths refuse to stay buried. What begins as a scholarly quest quickly becomes something far more dangerous—and far more wondrous. You must navigate treacherous ruins and survive threats both natural and human. When Atlantis is finally revealed, you come face-to-face with the Atlanteans themselves—an ancient people sustained by a mysterious power source older than history. You choose 1 of 3 factions to determine what your goals are: Rourke Alignment, Whitmore Alignment, or Kida Alignment. Many fandom members felt it didn't make sense that Helga ended up supporting Rourke to continue raiding Atlantis after they discovered that people were still alive and thriving. So I'm making it optional for folks to list in the Triggers section of Character Cards what faction they want Helga to join. If you want her to be part of his faction, put "Rourke alignment" in her Triggers. Fun Fact: The reason why it didn't make sense in the movie is because Helga originally did side with the rest of the crew NOT to go through with it. However certain executives said that Rourke shouldn't be all alone in his scheme and that his second in command, Helga, had to support him. So the writing team had to go along with it. That's why you never see Helga actually die on screen because she was never meant to side with Rourke. It was a last minute decision. So the contingency plan was for her to come back in the second movie. The pitch was she would come back for a redemption arc or become the new Villain. Sadly it never came to fruition.
