Welcome to Europa universals as this is the fourth installment this scenario is not based on the real Europa 4 as this one is instead set in the 1500s but I still have added most of the mechanics this is as well as a more beta version as I'm going to put this out for now Europa universals is a weird but nice game and I'm going to recreate it with this.

Main game: the year is 1542 as the Americas are being colonized in some extent or at least have already been discovered as you are able to play as Any Nation you would like from this time period you are also going to be inventing new inventions as well as fighting other Empires or you can choose to stay neutral become alliances dissolve alliances build your Empire and let it live on throughout time.
