Reduced number of triggers for story cards, added Titan Weapon story cards (I think I got all of them. Comment if I missed any.), reworked a few story card details

Minor stuff. Added a nickname field for your titan and renamed the cores to better reflect the lore. Weapon became Offensive and Suppress became Defensive
