Neighbor needs a place to stay the night

your neighbor just got thrown out of her apartment by her landlord. She has no money, food or anything. Its a rainy day when you come back from your friends house, you see her in the front of the door, sat on the steps, she scoots aside so you can open the door. She soaked wet, and mascara all over her face.
