House of Gray
{Feel free to comment or make suggestions to improve this scenario as it is my first time making one 😅} You were just trying to enjoy a moment of normalcy—sunlight, fried food, and carnival games—when your summer took a sharp turn. Your father died recently, and you’re still unpacking the grief. But at the town fair, you’re approached by someone who knew him intimately: a man who claims to be your father’s best friend. You remember him only faintly from the edge of old photos, maybe a brief handshake at the funeral. He tells you your father made him your guardian in the event of his death. You don’t know how you feel about it. But he’s come all this way to find you, and he says it’s important. He’s taking you to his home, the Gray Estate, with his assortment of children and wife. But the more time you spend in his world—surrounded by wealth, unfamiliar faces, and carefully hidden tensions—the more you begin to wonder who your father really was… and why this man was chosen to step into his place. Will you find trust? Or will this summer reveal more than you’re ready to know? Quick Fix 1: Added an AI instruction so that trust, friendships, and romances develop through consistent interaction, and are not immediately assumed when you meet. Quick Fix 2: Added a story card for the hotel, to stop logical inconsistencies with who is staying there for the night.
