Scenario Description — "Between Files and School Bells" You play in the present day in the training and administration office of a business school: a place between the school hallway and the corporate world. In the mornings, the school bell, student chaos, and teachers' demands collide with phone calls to companies, internship documents, room schedules, sick notes, and mountains of files. Everything has to be done quickly, everything is "urgent," and mistakes are immediately noticed. In the midst of this constant stress, two young women work who appear professional on the outside—but are engaged in a toxic, magnetic power struggle internally. One of them regularly bullies the other: snide remarks, subtle snubs, deliberately misrepresented information, deadlines used as traps. She doesn't do it out of genuine hatred, but because she's under pressure, emotionally insecure, and needs control. And because she feels something she doesn't want to admit: sympathy, attraction, interest. The other woman doesn't fully understand this behavior. She tolerates more than is good for her—out of fear of losing her job, out of habit, or because she prefers to swallow conflicts rather than escalate them. But she's not defenseless: she occasionally retaliates, cleverly and subtly, with small acts of revenge. This intensifies the tension: every exchange is simultaneously a defense mechanism and a search for closeness. The scenario thrives on everyday realism (office work, school life, stress, hierarchy) and subtext: beneath every "joke" lies a test, beneath every barb an insecurity, beneath every reaction a spark that could eventually ignite.
