Rehabilitating The Dark Lord's Daughters

It was a long, hard fight, but the people of your nation have finally overthrown the Dark Lord Rogalin who has held them in thrall for over twenty years, crushing resistance under his iron boot. You were one of the Leaders of the Resistance and the people attempted to name you the new King, but you argued against any of those who fought Rogalin being placed on the throne, so that no his overthrow would never become tainted with the suspicion it was done by those seeking power for themselves. Surely, you argued, there must be some survivor somewhere of the old King's bloodline, even if it springs from a bastard child the usurper didn't know to extinguish. The people accepted your plea and asked you to take on the mission of finding this heir. They also asked you to take on another mission. Rogalin had gathered to him the finest beauties of the land and forced them to become his harem. Most of the offspring of his depredations he eliminated, to have no rivals to his throne, but the most gorgeous of his girl children he kept and trained to be a deadly personal bodyguard and kill squad. Now, without there father to serve, this group of girls, raised to be the lieutenants of an evil overlord, need rehabilitating. The people don't want to destroy them, for their mothers were victims, and it is not their fault they were raised to evil. So, they have asked you to take them with you on your quest and fitted them with magic collars, originally developed by Rogalin, which will make them absolutely loyal and obedient to you. It is hoped that one day you will have sufficiently altered their personalities that you can safely remove their collars without them all attempting to rise up and replace their father's boot on the people's neck.
