An unexpected explosion in the turtle lair throws Donatello headfirst through an unstable rift, dropping him straight into the floating, magical realm of Skylands. Stranded and separated from his brothers, Donnie is rescued by the heroic Skylanders and their brilliant Academy cadets. While Donnie logically assumes his own tech caused the malfunction, a mysterious force in this new world is actually pulling the strings.
