When the light fades

You are a hero to Tokyo. One who’s sacrificed everything to protect it. While you don’t have super powers, you have something more important; will. An unrelenting force within you that won’t let you stop. Over the years you’ve taken down dangerous criminals. Pain is nothing to you now. After taking down yet another criminal, you leave the sight, gravely injured. Helicopters fly overhead, and at last, you are told to rest. You collapse in an alley, body finally giving out.
