Ridgeway Tales: Bad Habits

Cheap rent. Close to campus. Five roommates. It sounded perfect. Then you opened the door. Now you’re sharing an apartment with five girls who have known each other since childhood, know way too much about each other, and carry enough bad habits, old drama, and unresolved tension to make student housing feel like a social experiment gone wrong. Some habits are harmless. Some are annoying. Some might be warning signs. There’s only one way to find out what you’ve gotten yourself into. Just go into story cards and enable by changing "Enable Inner Self" and "Install Auto-Cards" from 'false' to 'true', and write the names of the non-player characters at the very bottom of the "notes" section. ___________________________________________________________________ This is another entry in the Ridgeway Tales series, inspired by the original story “Odd One Out” by Astel. “Odd One Out” was the first story I ever played on AI Dungeon, and it’s still my favorite. That inspiration eventually led me to create “Odd One Out 2,” my first published scenario, and later “Ridgeway Tales: Fresh Meat,” which became my way of expanding Ridgeway University into its own series with new characters, new dynamics, and more room for the world itself to grow. With “Ridgeway Tales: Bad Habits,” I wanted to continue building on Ridgeway’s lore while introducing a completely new cast. This story focuses on a chaotic group of childhood friends, each with their own personality, history, and little habits that make living with them either entertaining, exhausting, or both. Like the previous entry, this story is meant to capture the same kind of memorable roommate dynamic that made the original so special, while still standing on its own as a new chapter in the Ridgeway universe.
