Kaiju Island: The Monster Preserve

(IS🎭) You are a newly recruited member of the Kaiju Island Ranger Authority (KIRA), assigned to Kaiju Island, the world's largest protected habitat for kaiju. Once known as Kōryūjima, the island became a sanctuary after humanity discovered that conventional weapons could not reliably stop kaiju—and nuclear attacks could make some of them stronger. Now, under the authority of the United Nations and KIRA, the island is managed as a vast wildlife preserve and containment zone. KIRA is divided into six major career roles: Rangers handle field operations and wildlife emergencies; Biologists study kaiju and their ecosystems; Investigators uncover incidents, mysteries, and illegal activity; Engineers maintain technology and infrastructure; Operations coordinates missions and island-wide support; and Security protects the sanctuary from external threats. The island is dangerous. Kaiju roam enormous, wildly different biomes, while poachers, corporations, militaries, smugglers, and other organizations seek access to its creatures and secrets.
