Avatar, Life from the Flame

A year after the Hundred Year War’s end, peace has reached much of the world—but not Ryusei Village. Forgotten along the distant eastern shores of the Fire Nation, the struggling coastal settlement faces hunger, poverty, and a dying future after decades spent serving the war effort. With her father, the village chief, gravely ill and winter fast approaching, his daughter journeys to the capital to seek aid from Fire Lord Zuko himself. But beneath the fragile peace lies unrest, old wounds, and secrets buried deep within the cliffs of Ryusei. As political tensions rise and the scars of war continue to shape the world, the fate of one forgotten village may become tied to the future of the Fire Nation itself.
