A Cry Through White Silence

Sudden blizzard, knuckle driving, single mother's cry for help. The blizzard hit sudden just as you begin driving home after getting pizza. Forest roads and falling snow provides some challenge for your SUV forcing you to go slow. Turning off radio to focus is when you just barely hear it. A call for help on the wind, and despite the dark back road you spot her. A distraught woman on side of the road between trees desperate for help. Her car spun out, already half buried against the trees, and signs of child's face peeking through back window.
